Common questions
What does the Excel sheet need to look like?+
Column A is the style code, every other non-empty cell in that row is an image URL — Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive share links are converted to direct downloads automatically.
How many images can I process at once?+
Up to 500 styles and 12 images per style per run, with a 50MB Excel file limit and a 150MB limit per source image.
Will it crop my products?+
Only if you choose Fill mode. Smart Fit — the recommended default — never crops the product, matching or blending the background instead.
Can I retry failed images without reprocessing everything?+
Yes — retry re-downloads and reprocesses only the failed images from their original source; successful images are left exactly as they are.
