Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ⟨Registered business name⟩, ⟨Registered address, city, state, PIN⟩, for the use of psydox.in. By creating an account or using PsyDox you accept them.

The service

PsyDox is an online workspace for product and e-commerce images: free image tools (resize, crop, format conversion, background and ratio changes), batch processing, marketplace templates and listings, and AI features (for example AI backgrounds, scenes, model shots, image generation and listing copy). Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

• You must be at least 18, give accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Business accounts must be used by the business's authorised people only.

Prepaid wallet and pricing

• AI features are paid from a prepaid wallet you top up through Razorpay. Free tools never use the wallet.
• Prices are shown before you run a paid feature. For AI tools you are charged only for results actually produced; a failed generation costs nothing.
• Wallet balance is a prepayment for PsyDox services, is not interest-bearing, cannot be transferred and has no cash value except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GSTIN: ⟨GSTIN, or leave empty if not registered⟩.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and to the results PsyDox produces for you. You give us permission to process your content only to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload (product photos, logos, brand names) and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use PsyDox to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, sexual or violent content, to impersonate others, to attack or overload the service, to scrape it, or to resell access without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI results

AI output can contain mistakes. Check results — especially product details, prices and claims — before publishing them on a marketplace. Marketplace rules change; meeting them is your responsibility.

Availability and liability

We work to keep PsyDox available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or marketplace delistings.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by writing to ⟨support email⟩. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; unused wallet balance is then handled as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at ⟨City for courts / jurisdiction⟩ have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first — most issues are solved quickly.
