Batch rows failed

Open the run and download the report: the Failure_Reason column says why. Most common: the shared file was deleted, the link is private (needs login), or HTTP 404. Ask for "anyone with the link can view" links and re-run only the failed rows. Deleted Dropbox/Drive files can't be recovered — get a fresh link.
