Fix a problem
- White soles or light edges disappeared after a ratio changeThe background was repainted and light product edges were taken for background. Open the run in Batch and click "Reprocess as ratio-only": only the canvas grows, product pixels are
- Batch rows failedOpen the run and download the report: the FailureReason column says why. Most common: the shared file was deleted, the link is private (needs login), or HTTP 404. Ask for "anyone w
- "Not enough balance" / insufficient_balanceThe price is reserved before a paid action runs. Top up in Wallet (from ₹299) and run it again; nothing was charged for the refused attempt.
- "AI is busy" / ai_busyTry again in a minute; nothing was charged and free tools keep working. If it lasts more than 15 minutes, contact support.
- Catalog says "not available on your account yet" or shows an Upgrade cardCatalog is part of the Pro and Business plans. Upgrade in Settings → Billing and it opens at once; Free and Starter accounts see the Upgrade card instead.
- Free chat or check limit reachedFree allowances reset daily at 05:30 IST. Spark chat is never blocked (it slows to one reply per 30 seconds); paid accounts can keep using Star/Nova and Lens per use.
- Can't sign inUse "Email me a sign-in link" on the login page, or "Forgot password?". "Please verify your email" → use "Resend verification link". Locked after wrong passwords → wait a few minut
- Payment made but wallet not creditedCredits usually arrive within a minute. If not after 15 minutes, contact support with the Razorpay payment id (from your bank/UPI app); we verify it and credit or refund in full.
- Image rejected by the marketplaceCheck it with PsyDox Lens in chat ("check this for Amazon") or re-run with the marketplace preset, which sets the right size, white background and padding.
